We move the energy to other things. But that causes its own problem so we go to a group but we get addicted to the group. We need to change the hurts, fears, phobias and traumas that we’ve been through by making peace with them. Going back and making peace.
Emotional freedom is having the ability to make yourself feel; good for no reason. The only way to do that is to go back to the past, make peace with it and let it go.
